What is our Cancellation policy?

For the cancellation of any product, please do it within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, email us at eurifsilver@gmail.com.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What is our exchange/ return policy?

In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the goods. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid only when it is reported within 24 hours from receipt of product with all reason of exchange with photos and product has been return to us within 5 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest to return the items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by us will be treated as not returned.

 

Kindly remember to take acknowledgment receipt of the number of dispatched products from the courier guy, with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

 

This Cancellation or Exchange Policy is applicable only on the product which ordered by the customer online through this website. This policy will not be applicable on the product purchased from us in any other mode.
